Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Seheiah collects through this website, why, how long it is kept, and how you can get it back, corrected, or deleted. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Seheiah LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Aventura, Florida, United States, operating as Seheiah.
For anything to do with your personal data, write to info@seheiah.life. That address reaches Deborah Crine directly.
2. What we collect, and what we deliberately do not
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect and store:
- Your first name.
- Your email address.
- A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, the version number of that wording, the date and time you agreed, and the date and time you confirmed your email address.
That is the entire list. There is no phone number field, no address field, and no free-text box.
What we deliberately do not collect
- No health information. The form does not ask about symptoms, conditions, medications, menopause stage, or which service interests you. Nothing you enter reveals anything about your health.
- No phone numbers. We will not call or text you, because we never ask for the number.
- No tracking. This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no social media trackers. The fonts are hosted on our own server rather than loaded from a third party, so simply reading this page sends your details to nobody.
3. Why we collect it, and on what legal basis
One purpose only: to email you when Seheiah's coaching services open in the Miami-Dade area.
The legal basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. The consent box is not pre-ticked, it is not bundled with anything else, and we send a confirmation email that you must click before you are added to the list. If you never click it, we do not treat you as a subscriber.
We will not use your details for any other purpose. If we later want to send a newsletter or anything else, we will ask you separately.
4. Where it is stored, and who processes it
Your details are stored in a single private Google Sheet inside Seheiah's Google Workspace account. They are never stored on the web server that serves this website.

Both act as processors on our instructions, under their own data processing agreements. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
A note on submitting the form
The form itself is part of this website and loads from our own server. When you press Join the Waitlist, and only then, your first name, email address and consent record are sent directly to Google's servers for storage. Nothing is sent anywhere while you are simply reading the page.
5. International transfers
Seheiah operates from the United States, so if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the United States. Google covers those transfers through the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep it
24 months from the date you gave consent, or until you withdraw it, whichever comes first. After that your record is deleted.
If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, we stop contacting you immediately and delete your record.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Take it with you, in a portable format.
- Withdraw your consent, at any time, without giving a reason. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew.
Two ways to do it. Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, which removes you on the spot. Or write to info@seheiah.life. We answer within 30 days, and there is no charge.
8. Security, and what happens if something goes wrong
The waitlist sits in a private Google Workspace account protected by Google's infrastructure security and access controls, and is readable only by Deborah Crine. No data is stored on the website's own server.
No system is perfect. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required, which under the GDPR means within 72 hours of becoming aware, and under Florida's Information Protection Act within 30 days.
9. Complaints
If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first at info@seheiah.life and we will try to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In France that is the CNIL (cnil.fr). Elsewhere in the EEA or the UK, it is the supervisory authority where you live or work.
10. Children
This site and these services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the version number and date at the top. The consent wording you agreed to is stored with your record and does not change retroactively. If a change materially affects you, we will contact you.
12. Medical disclaimer
Seheiah provides nutrition education and lifestyle coaching for general wellness, longevity, and midlife support. These services are educational and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your physician regarding any medical condition.
